I first experienced coaching as a business owner and what began as a way to grow my business became something much more valuable: a place where I could think.
Over time, I began to understand just how powerful that space could be. A place to think out loud without consequence. To be challenged. To uncover what I wasn't seeing. And to work through something without someone immediately trying to solve it for me.
Coaching became something I returned to—not only when something was wrong, but because I had experienced the value of making room for deeper thinking before the decisions were made.
That's the kind of space I wanted to create with Aviella—and the kind of coaching I still consider invaluable in my own life and work.
