Coaching changed what I could see.
There was a point in my own business when I had created a narrative around what was happening—and, without realizing it, had become very good at finding the evidence to support it.
I didn't need more advice. I needed a different perspective.
Coaching gave me the space to question what I had accepted as true, recognize what was shaping my perspective, and see possibilities I couldn't see from where I was standing.
That experience changed what I understood good coaching could do.

I've spent much of my career building businesses, leading people and making decisions when there is a lot at stake.
I've made decisions that worked and others that didn't. I've chosen growth, and I've also chosen not to pursue something that looked good on paper.
Business has taught me that the most important question isn't always What could we do?
Sometimes it's What are we actually trying to build—and what will it require of us?
My faith shapes how I answer those questions. Business realities matter. So do responsibility, stewardship, people and where I believe God may be leading.
